The custom service both at the desk and during breakfast was beyond excellent! We were treated so, so well. The location is perfect! We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent location. Although we did not use the beach towels & chairs (that was partly our fault- we noticed it late that it’s been there in the closet). There’s hair dryer, safe, small fridge (very helpful) iron & board. Reading lights. USB plugs. Tv is nicely placed in the wall. Can’t expect too much with the AC. Decent breakfast. Wonderful staff. Location is in the heart of south beach. Very accessible to restaurants, store. CVS just next door. Anyone should understand it’s located at the party rowdy area. We stayed in second floor. On Father’s Day weekend. So lotsa people & noise. I don’t think it bothered us at all. Nor we’re bothered of the noise. It’s so easy access to the beach. It’s fun at night because the hotel is color coded-lighted. Easy to spot walking back. Ambiance is nice. Didn’t dine in the restaurant but we think it’s good.

The rooms, dining areas and outside were clean, the staff was incredibly nice and professional, there is accessible drinking water on every floor plus bottled water in the rooms. The restaurant had amazing food!!!

Lovely art deco hotel on Ocean drive, just like the pictures. Staff very friendly and helpful, great bar for beer and cocktails and the Fish called Avalon restaurant was superb.

We loved the style of the hotel, and our room, which had an ocean viewwas also decorated in art deco style. The staff were lovely, and the location was brilliant. The buffet breakfast was wonderful.

Really great location in South Beach, worried that there would be loud noise from the nightclub or street below, but we couldn’t hear a thing. I was very impressed.

Location. Cleanliness. Staff. Restaurant at the Lobby. They had a side ramp for luggages. Filtered water dispensers in all floors didnt expect that but only 1 water dispenser was available the one at the lobby. Rosario- she manages the breakfast area was very nice and sweet . Julio Front Desk he messaged me that our room was ready for an early check in.

Location , wanted art deco Hotel so fitted. Food was very good, somewhat limited but that was there pitch - quality..views from room 304 great. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Noise yes its a busy road but this hotel is close to South end so quieter.
